RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If there is an issue with your order, we may offer store credit only at our discretion.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If your item is damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage
- Item must be unworn and unused
If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
PROCESSING TIMES
Preorder Items:
Please allow 21 business days for processing before shipment.
In-Stock Items:
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
IMPORTANT NOTES
